  They were very helpful to me when I wanted to buy some timber and wasn't sure what my best option was. They ordered and cut materials to size and provided me with good advice for my home handyman needs.

  Worthless. I've gone to Otto to buy wood a couple of times. They are expensive and generally make it difficult to pick the timber boards you want. I tried to buy some large quantities of wood as a hobbyist (about $3500 worth). They said they'd get back to me in a couple of days with pricing after I gave them sizes. They never responded. Went in two weeks later and they said they'd call the next day, but might not be able to obtain the timber. I had to call them a week later and they said they could do it, but the pricing more than the big box stores. This wasn't the first time I had been promised a quote and they didn't respond. Can't believe they would brush off someone who tries to buy several grand worth every couple years.

  I am extremely pleased with our Otto's Timber custom front door made from Merbau and Rock Maple. It truly makes the front of our house. They were extremely flexible and helpful with the design. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their timbers. Our alfresco deck and front porch are also made form Merbau supplied by Otto's Timber which looks absolutely stunning. Thank you for your input and making our experience there very enjoyable and easy.

  I rang up a day in advance to get 2 minutes of rebates cut and was told to come in the next morning. I got to ottos just before 8 where i was told they couldnt help me untill after christmas. After i explained i just travelled 25km to them after being told i could get the work done, i was still turned away. Not happy is an understatement

  Excellent service from Leon. Went well above my expectations in finding a solution for me. Just a hobbyist but will definitely be returning for many future projects. Very highly recommended. Thank you Leon and Otto's.
